ATD launched a massive overhaul of its work spaces to help attract and retain today's employees as well as future workers. Our design included heads-down spaces, collaboration spaces and a large central café that is intended to be the No. 1 meeting space, opening up to a new outdoor patio. We took our design cues from the company's focus on transportation, with lighting, wood accents and office flow all representing motion.
