This was a different type of upfit for us!  The client took a space mostly as is including furniture, so our challenge was to add their personality.  Since they are a mortgage company, we took each corner of the 2 floors and incorporated Charlotte neighborhood personality traits into them.  From trellis’ to represent intown bungalow backyards, to the mural that was inspired by NODA art to wood trim outlining the Charlotte skyline, we used materials and color to provide an energetic, work and casual atmosphere.
