One of our favorite places that uses bright colors and interesting textures!  We designed Viva to be expandable and relatable in many locales, using reclaimed wood, textured metal laminates, backlit wood and exposed hanging bulbs for lighting.  The fast-casual concept is growing like crazy, thanks to the menu's focus on fresh, Peruvian-inspired dishes.  We used tables and chairs, booths, banquettes and outdoor covered patios with “living walls” of fresh plants and herbs to provide interest during the average 45-minute stay.
