BBQ restaurants tend to bring certain design ideas to mind. With Smoke, we created (and continue to create) new ones.  Our design supports Smoke’s broad menu, spanning all BBQ genres. Details include vivid colors, cut-out Smoke logos and oversized light fixtures in the bar and dining rooms – all enhanced by textured walls of beetle kill spruce and recycled poplar bark.  A 15-foot mirror reflects the energy in the space, and 40 feet of uplit bottle storage sets the stage for happy hour. Cozy booths, community tables and the BBQ smoker on display encourage plenty of digging in.
