Our team has loved designing and establishing campus-wide standards for Ingersoll Rand at its North American headquarters and corporate center.  Building B is the current office renovation, and it encompasses two concepts that Ingersoll Rand is moving toward in its office environments: open office and a showcase of Ingersoll Rand’s products and brands.  Meeting rooms and touchdown spaces – areas for collaboration – are spread throughout the office, along with a wide-open breakroom and patio spaces.  The main design feature is the two-story atrium and product display that highlights Ingersoll Rand’s business units, most impressively the live-action Trane units – both interior and exterior – that provide the building with temperature control and up-to-the-minute streaming data about energy savings. This provides Ingersoll Rand executives the ability to give tours of the space to show off their most state-of-the-art systems.
