As an international food service company with their US headquarters now in Charlotte, Elior is in growth mode and needed an office that represented their business model and methodology.  They are high energy and in the people business, so the interior design is centered around the kitchen/break room that doubles as informal meeting space.  The walls are largely glass, allowing for light to penetrate all areas.  They have embraced sit/stand working for the wellness of the staff along with a living wall (with the Elior mark growing in it!) that greets you upon entry.  A warm and modern space, it gives reference to their European roots.
