BGW approached Carrie Frye Interior Design in 2015 when they were looking to move from the traditional accounting hub of SouthPark to the more urban Southend. The accounting firm wanted its new 12,750 square-foot office to be more centrally located for employees and clients.  Their new space, opened in October 2015, has a million dollar view of uptown Charlotte from the outdoor balcony, and it represents the company’s intent to provide a collaborative yet individual environment in which to conduct business for its clients.  The conference rooms are named for BGW’s core beliefs (including respect, dedication and wisdom), and the large training room is situated to allow for after-hours events and community service.  All employees have daylight views and multiple seating styles for work.  With open space and plenty of color, the space  brings energy and encourages productivity.
